Information for students performing this Sunday in the Drama Show at the Droichead Arts Centre

Drama Show Sunday 10th March in Droichead Arts Centre

Our get in time is 12 Noon at the Theatre. We list rehearsal times on the Sunday by class below: –

Saturday 1pm Class & Tuesday 7pm Class Arrive at Theatre 12.15pm finish 12.45pm
Tuesday 6pm Class Arrive at Theatre 12.45pm finish 1.15pm
Saturday 12pm Class Arrive at Theatre 1.15pm finish 2pm
Tuesday 5pm Class Arrive at Theatre 2pm finish 2.30pm (students will have to stay at the end of their rehearsal)

Showtime is always busy. Whereas we will aim to keep to the above times we may go over, please bear with us on this.

Students should be dropped at the appropriate time and can be collected after the rehearsal or they can stay in the theatre should they wish.

We will need all students to return by 2.30pm sharp.

The 3pm Show will finish at approx 5pm and students can either stay in the Theatre or be collected for a short break

We will need all students back by 6pm at the latest.

What to wear: – All students need to wear plain black tops and leggings/trousers.  Including black socks and black shoes (plain black and avoid logos etc).  Costumes will be worn over this.  Each student should be aware of their costume piece.  Please contact Tracey with any queries.

Students should brink food and snacks with them. We ask that a healthy lunch is packed with no sugary / fizzy drinks.

The 6.30pm show should finish at 8.30pm approx. and students can be picked up from side stage (we will announce exactly where on the night). Please make sure costumes are left behind at the theatre and we ask for your patience as students are filtered out to parents after the show.

Student safety comes first, no parent will be allowed in the backstage area at any time. This is a children’s changing area and we ask all parents to respect this.

As always, our photographer Stephen will be on hand to photograph the show.

Tickets are purchased directly from the Droichead Arts Centre either online or at their box office.

Break a leg guys..!!!
