Kidkast payments update

Over the last three months we have rolled out a new and bespoke IT system at Kidkast. We have been working closely with a local IT company called Inkerman Technologies.

Phase 1 was to fully computerise our class rolls system, as the students will tell you about. This is now fully embedded.

Phase 2 is to move our payments from handwritten receipts to computerised at reception. What this will mean is we will no longer issue a handwritten receipt and receipts will be predominantly emailed with the facility to have a printed receipt issued from reception too. We are in the process of rolling this out at the moment and when you make your next payment we will be asking for an email address so that we are able to issue receipts accordingly. Once captured we will not need to ask again unless you change your details.

Phase 3 is the facility for parents to log into their children’s account to see what classes they are enrolled in, showing balances and payments and the facility to pay online. We aim to have this up and running within 1 to 2 months.

Phase 4 is a Kidkast APP which we expect to be up and running by the summer time.
