Did you know we have a parent’s online portal. By logging into sixtechsoftware.com you can

• Check that we have your up to date contact details, important if an emergency arises
• Check the classes that your child is registered for
• Add medical notes to advise us of any medical issues we should be aware of
• Add general notes
• All messages are captured under the message’s icon (new feature)
• Give parental consent to photographs
• Access your payment history
• Check and pay fees
• Book classes

We are adding to this function all the time and recommend regular checking, especially for messages as emails are sometimes blocked by servers and can be missed.

If you are using this for the first time you will need to opt for the forgotten password option on the logging in page and simply follow the links to set a new password. Please be sure to click the parent’s portal and not the school link as we regularly get calls saying that emails are not recognised. Mostly the reason is that parents are trying to log into the school part of the software and not the parent’s part.

You can add a quick link to your mobile phone home screen

Apple users

1. Open Safari and load sixtechsoftware.com/portal/select-school/
2. At the bottom of the screen you’ll see an icon depicting an arrow that looks like it’s trying to get away from a square, choose this please
3. If you managed to tap that button successfully, you’ll have a few options please scroll down to the Add to Home Screen option and choose this
4. You’ll be asked to choose a name for the home screen icon and we suggest you call it Kidkast
5. The icon should appear on your home screen for fast access

Android Users

1. Open your web browser (generally google) and load sixtechsoftware.com/portal/select-school/
2. In the top right of the screen you are given options under the “more” button
3. Choose the option to Add Shortcut on Home Scree”
4. The icon should appear on your home screen for fast access
