Natalia’s Bring a Parent

From Monday 18th to Saturday 23rd June we are holding Natalia’s Bring A Parent to Class at Kidkast. During this week students will bring a parent or both parents / guardians to join them in their class or classes. There will be collection buckets in the studios and we ask our visitors to donate to the LauraLynn Foundation. All monies collected will go to this very worthy cause. LauraLynn is a hospice for children with life-limiting conditions and residential care for young adults with disabilities. We ask that everyone gets behind us and takes part as it will be great...

Photography and Video at the Kidkast Show

We have had parents asking us to point out that the amateur photographers and budding film directors cause a distraction in the audience during the show, please be aware of this. Our policy is that tablets held high videoing and photographing will not be allowed, flash photography will not be allowed, bags of camera equipment will not be allowed (we might introduce a Ryanair baggage charge for those who break the rules here..!!) SHOW WEEKEND ARRANGEMENTS

FOR THE SHOW: STUDENT SAFETY COMES FIRST Before the show. Please drop your child in the theatre auditorium. This can be a busy time and to avoid congestion, parents should leave the area as quickly as possible. Students will be grouped and have minders who will stay with them for the duration of the show. Classes age 8 and upwards should arrive at 5pm at the TLT Theatre, Junior classes, age 4-7 should arrive at 5.30pm sharp. Please note the carpark in The TLT will be blocked for parking. Tickets for our end of year show this weekend are selling fast. The Sunday show is nearly sold out and we strongly recommend not waiting as both shows will sell out during the week.

HELPERS NEEDED FOR THE TLT THEATRE

Our end of year show Razzle Dazzle ‘Em takes place Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd of June. We need parents to help at both shows. Please email us to info@kidkast.ie with your name and phone number if you would like to help backstage. Please do not offer to help on an evening that you plan to go and see the show and also you may not be assigned a group that your child is in. As with all years we very much appreciate all the help received and we could not put on the show without it.

Rehearsal Schedule For TLT 2018 Show

Please see link to our rehearsal schedule for our end of year show which takes place on June 2nd and June 3rd in The TLT Theatre. This applies to all students for both Collon and Drogheda excluding the Drama students who took part in the February show in the Droichead Arts Centre. These rehearsals take place in The TLT Theatre and not in the Studios. Please study it carefully and email info@kidkast.ie should you have any questions or ask Tracey in the studios. This is a busy time and rehearsals can go over time so please be patient with us.
