Many of our classes are full and we have waiting lists for them. We presume students roll from term to term unless we are told otherwise.

The Drogheda St Patricks Day Parade is only around the corner and we have been in discussions with Jennifer again this year and have been planning our 2018 entry. This is a huge event in the Kidkast calendar and is a great fun event which is open to all students. As with other years we will workshop with the students before the parade and this is hands on where the students make the props. We will have more details shortly so please watch the news page.
We have many new students who may not be aware that we put on an end of year show in the TLT Theatre every year. The show is booked for Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd of June. This is open to all students minus the Drama students who get their own show in February and showcases the hugely diversified talent of the Kidkast students. Tickets are not on sale yet for this event.
For our syllabus students, exams will be held in March for our Modern students and June for our Drama students. Ballet exams to be announced later in the year.
Hip Hop Crew Training is open to new students. We train on Thursday nights and is open to all students who take a dance class with us. Even though not essential taking a Hip Hop class is helpful. Crews are a fun way to meet new friends and work in a team environment. Please ask Tracey for more details if you want to join.
At Kidkast we hand pick our teachers and we are very proud to work with them for many years however from time to time and for various reasons teachers leave. This year we welcome Laura and Alex to the team of teachers at Kidkast. Laura replaced Gilda who has taken time off for an operation. Laura teaches Ballet and Jazz on Saturdays and is a hugely experienced teacher and performer. Please take time to read Laura’s biog. Alex takes over from Jessie as one of our Hip Hop teachers. Alex who has a packed CV and is highly regarded within the industry will bring a wealth of experience to Kidkast and we are very excited to welcome both teachers to the team. Please read Alex’s biog.
