A reminder that this is the last week of classes in term 2 and term 3 commences Monday 10th February. All term 2 fees are now due for payment and can be made through the parents portal at sixtechsoftware.com Term 3 fees fall due from this week and can be paid online or in the studios at class this week. We have had many parents discuss their children’s anxieties, concerns and stresses with us over the last number of years and have for some time searched for a platform to help students with their mental wellbeing. With today’s peace march in Drogheda we suggest parents give themselves extra time to get to the studios. As the town will be busy and just to ensure students safety our recommendation for students is to bring pack lunches or alternatively go to Hurleys for their lunch and stay close to the studios. The march starts at the Bridge Of Peace at 1.30 and will continue to St Peters Church.

Literally Literary, Like! – Our Drogheda Drama Show

Performed by our drama students which will place in the Barbican Theatre Drogheda on Sunday 1st March at 5.30pm. The students have been working hard with Sarah to put on this production with involves drama students from age 7 upwards (not including the age 6-7 classes). This is a collection of short plays from slightly whacky works of literature, by David Walliams, Dr Seuss and an unusual story of a large backside! It will definitely be entertaining! The Wizard of Odd – Our Collon Show

Performed by our Collon students which will place in the Barbican Theatre Drogheda on Sunday 23rd February at 5.30pm. The students have been working hard with Annaleigh and Michele to put on this production, which involves all students from age 4 – 16 for the first time integrating dance and drama classes for the whole show. Tickets will be on sale from next week either through the parent’s portal, or at class on Mondays, priced at €10. New Kidkast Breakdance Crew Class

From this Monday 27th January we will launch our new Breakdance Crew Class from 6 to 7pm each Monday. This will be an intensive training class offering students training at competitive level. For Kidkast students the class will cost €5 and will be pay as you go. As with Hip Hop crews, student’s will have to take another dance class with Kidkast (preferably Breakdance or Hip Hop) and the fee will be added to the students account once they are checked in the roll. Training starts back for all hip-hop crews this Thursday 9th of January. Crew rehearsal times are: 6 to 7.30pm   Kids on the Block and Dizzy Rascals and 7.30 to 9pm  N.S.L., Misfitz and D-Vision    We are looking forward to competing on Sunday the 2nd of February in the Roadstone sports club, Kingswood, Dublin 22.
